Farideh Morad Khani
Farideh Morad Khani is a human rights activist and the niece of Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic. She has been arrested several times for criticizing the Islamic Republic. She is the founder and director of "Campaign to Support Prisoners" and a supporter of the "step-by-step abolishment of execution" campaign.
Some of her activities have been aiding the families of political prisoners. She was arrested along with several human rights activists on the way back from Sanandaj where they had gone to support Ramin Hossein Panahi. <symbol-timeline></symbol-timeline>
