This happened repeatedly, with pills given for pain relief and the cycle continuing. Eventually, he had a heart attack and was transferred to the hospital. However, despite his poor health condition, the security officers refused to allow him proper treatment and planned to transfer him to Amirabad prison without completing the treatment process. ## Denial of Medical Treatment Although the nurses at 5 Azar hospital informed the officers that Amir's health condition was not favorable and he required treatment, the security officers insisted on returning him to the detention center without completing the treatment process.
