Maryam Nematollahi

.Maryam Nematollahi is an Instagram influencer and an architecture student at Pardis University. Her dance videos went viral at the same time as the uprising in Iran in response to the murder of Mahsa Amini, which could have got led to the arrest.

The source added that Maryam Nematollahi was later sentenced to five years in prison by Judge Mahmoud Sadati at the first branch of the revolutionary court of Shiraz. According to the source, she was sentenced to wearing electronic anle bracelet for a second case at the criminal court of Shiraz presided by Judge Mohammadi. It seems the charges of removing the hijab and promotion of depravity are from the second case which led to the sentence for electronic ankle bracelet for eight months. </coverage-outsourcing>
