After the arrest, he was transferred to the police station in a private car and after the officer in charge refused to take him into custody, he was transferred to an unknown location. In the file, Yavar Fathollahi says he was severely tortured both physically and psychologically. He says they were using electric shocks to torture him. After his transfer to court, he was taken to the IRGC Intelligence lockup in Afsarieh.
