Parham Parvari
Parham Parvari is a swimming coach, champion swimmer, and mechanical engineering graduate from Saqez who lived in Tehran at the time of his arrest. Ms. Parvari was arrested during the countrywide uprising in reaction to Mahsa Amini's murder. He has been charged with war against God and the Islamic state.
