According to this report, the General Directorate of Prisons of Tehran Province has claimed in its complaint sheet that following the opposition of the prison authorities to the demand of the mentioned prisoners to be sent to the judicial authorities without handcuffs and shackles, the protesting prisoners started a sit-in at the entrance of the prison.
