The Revolutionary Guard has even attempted to "install surveillance equipment in personal spaces", his defense attorneys in the preliminary trial have conspired with his interrogators against him, the resulting preliminary verdict was issued without a defense statement, the case investigator was transferred to another branch for trying for nolle prosequi, and that after hearing "the defense and the cruelty" he has suffered, Judge Moghiseh has lowered his head and cried.
