Peyman Farhangian is a labor activist and poet from Bandar Kiashahr. He has been arrested and tried several times in recent years due to his activities related to workers' rights.

In his decision, the judge identified him as a follower of Karl Marx's thoughts. During the interrogation, he was accused of publishing material against the Islamic Republic. Examples of all the mentioned accusations were the publication of content on Instagram or the Jadal Signal group.
