Mohammad Reza Faghihi
<p>Mohammad Reza Faghihi is an attorney at law and a member of the Bar Association. He is one of the defendants in the "Dadkhahan Salamat" case.</p>
<p>Dadkhahan Salamat (Justice seekers for health) intended to file a lawsuit against the leader of the Islamic Republic, the president, the minister of health, and all the members of the coronavirus task force including the attorney general of the country on involuntary manslaughter and other criminal charges for putting partisan, political, and economic interests above the health of the people, causing the death of many, and creating severe financial problems and life risks. They were arrested before finishing and filing the lawsuit.</p> <symbol-timeline></symbol-timeline>

Mr. Mahmoudian's attorney Babak Paknia told Emtedad that the accounts of the crimes in the indictment were dop weak and chaotic that even the assistant prosecutor couldn't defend it. Mr. Paknia also mentioned changing the titles of the charges without informing the attorneys and not being allowed to defend his client in the second trial session and said they didn't even allow the attorneys to attend the public session in the audience. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>
