Ali Reza Khari is from Bandargaz. He was arrested at the same time as the 2022 uprising on the charge of setting fire to the photo of Ali Khamenei. He was tortured during interrogation and the court sentenced him to prison. Mr. Khari died sometime after his release, among dozens of other people who died suspiciously after suppression.
