Mohammad Rakhshani Azad was arrested after the first Bloody Friday massacre in Zahedan. He was 15 at the time of his arrest. He was arrested during the protests across Sistan and Balochistan province in response to the rape of a 15-year-old Baloch girl by the chief of police of Chabahar and the murder of Mahsa Amini.
