According to Hale Vash report / quoted by Mizan, attached to the judiciary, Ali Majdam, Mohammad Reza Moghadam, Moin Khanfari, Habib Daris, Adnan Ghabishavi and Salem Mousavi, six security defendants living in Khuzestan, were sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court. These citizens, who were arrested in the middle of the winter of 1397 in Khuzestan, are accused of being members of the "Harakah al-Nidal" group, in separate operations of two Basij groups named "Ali Salehi Majed" and "Younes Bahr" in Abadan. A member of the police force named "Allah Nazar Safari" and a conscript named "Mohammedreza Rafiei Nasab" were killed in Imam Khomeini Port. Previously, Habib Farajullah Chaab, nicknamed Habib Esiyod, an Iranian-Swedish citizen, was kidnapped and taken to Iran as the leader of the Harakat al-Nidal group in Mehr 1399 during a trip to Turkey. He has also been tried as the leader of Harkat al-Nidal group.
