The prison sentence is a custodial sentence. Yet, these individuals have been acquitted of the charge of "Baghy (taking up arms against the Islamic government)" for the following reasons: > 1- no use of weapons or involvement in armed conflicts 2- no significant involvement in the Jaish al-Adl group; the court recognizes involvement with this group as Baghy only if the person is one of the group's central figures. 3- insufficiency of evidence." It should be noted that their acquittal was issued based on Principle 37 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Article 265 of the Islamic Republic’s Code of Criminal Procedure. Saeed Dadgar, another defendant of the case, was sentenced to five years in prison on charges of "being a member in an opposition group.
