But the problem is that judge Babai, the current head of this branch, was prior to this in a branch that had condemned his father to prison. He added that the Supreme Court had agreed to suspend giving a verdict until a review has been completed. However, Judge Babai rejected the suspension of the verdict and his father, therefore, still remains in prison. He also, said, that article 136 had not been implemented in his father’s file when the maximum sentence for this article is seven and a half years. </coverage-outsourcing>
