Mohammad Kianoushrad
Mohammad Kianooshrad is a political and university professor. He was a MP during the Sixth Majlis. He was a member of both the Islamic Iran Participation Front and the Isamic Iran’s Unity of Nation political parties

The statement affirmed the “rightful” nature of the people's protests and demands. It asked the authorities to bring to trial those who had ordered shooting at people. Many of the hardline supporters of the regime declared their opposition to this statement. A number of the signatories were then summoned to the prosecutor’s office and at least two of them were arrested by the security forces. Mohammad Kianooshrad was arrested on this date.
