Aida Rasti Ghalati
.Aida Rasti is a Bahai citizen in Tehran. She was arrested in October 2022 by the Intelligence Ministry agents at her home in a new wave of arrests of Bahai citizens.
In the Spring of 2022, the Islamic Republic started a new wave of crackdown on Baha’i citizens. The Islamic Republic arrested dozens of Baha’i citizens in different parts of the country or searched their houses. The prison sentences of some of the citizens who were previously sentenced went into effect, and agents attacked Roshan Kuh village and destroyed the houses of Baha’i villagers. <symbol-timeline></symbol-timeline>
