Hamidolah Arbabi
<p>Hamidolah (Obeidolah) Arbabi is from Nekhach village in Nikshahr country of Sistan and Baluchistan province. He was arrested in 2019 by people claiming to be Chabahar intelligence agents. There is no information about his fate since his arrest. The Islamic Republic and its institutions are not answering any questions about his situation.</p>
