Habib Sasanian
He is an identity activist in Azarbaijan and has been arrested several times. His articles are published in local newspapers under the pseudonym "Yakamoz". He was also arrested along with several other Turk activists in 2016. It is said that the arrests are in relation to the conflicts between the countries of Azerbaijan and Armenia

The letter also mentions that Judge Bagherpour has work experiences such as religious panegyrist, membership of the Revolutionary Guard, public relations employee of the prosecution's office, and family court judge, and his cooperation with the intelligence and security organizations and issuing "unjust verdicts ordered by those organizations" have landed him this current position.
