According to Hale Vash report, the death sentence of political activist Habib accused of "corruption on earth" was confirmed in the Supreme Court of the country. Previously, the last hearing of Mr. Esioud's accusations was held in branch 26 of the Tehran Revolution Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari. The director of public relations of the Supreme Court announced in this regard: "The sentence of Habib's death on the charge of "corruption on earth through the leadership of a group called "Harakte al-Nidal" was confirmed in the Supreme Court." During this meeting, the representative of the prosecutor emphasized that "Habib had a plan for the security of the country, and asked the president of the court to impose severe punishment on him". Habib Kaabi was transferred from Turkey to Tehran in a mysterious way in November 1400, and after his arrest, Sedama news agency published a report calling this citizen "one of the leading elements of the Ahvaz Harkareh al-Nidal group" and claimed that this group is against the regime. He was involved in the attack on the parade of the armed forces on 31 September 2017 in Ahvazah.
