Afshin Baymani

Afshin Baymani was arrested for helping his brother, a member of the MKO (Mojahedin-e Khalgh Organization) escape, which was interpreted by the judiciary as collaboration with the MKO. He was sentenced to death initially and after a few years, it changed to life imprisonment.
