.Aram Omari is from Urmia. He was charged with Moharebeh through espionage for Mossad, the Israeli Intelligence Agency, and was sentenced to death.

According to Iran International's diplomatic sources, the IRGC's Quds Force intended to use drug smugglers to perform three assassinations in Turkey, Germany, and France. A member of the Quds Force's Brigade 840 who was arrested in a European country admitted that he had received 150 thousand dollars to make preparations for these assassinations and was supposed to receive another million dollars after the assassinations were done. He was supposed to use his connections with drug smugglers to orchestrate these assassinations.
