Mansour Dehmardeh is from Zahedan. At the time of his arrest, he was an assistant bus driver. He was arrested during the protests across Sistan and Balochistan province in response to the rape of a 15-year-old Baloch girl by the chief of police of Chabahar and the murder of Mahsa Amini.

The prisoners suffer depression due to a lack of movement and small space. Every two prisoners who smoke get one or two cigarettes a week that they buy themselves and each prisoner can make a phone call in the presence of authority once a week for three minutes. The prisoners are taken outside separately to get some air for five minutes once a day. According to the report, the main perpetrators of the torture in this ward are Ali Poudineh from Zabol, Reza Hashem Zehi from Nook Abad, Moslem Sarhaddi from Zabol, Mehdi Khosh Neshin from Zabil, and the warden of the ward 9 is a person known by the last name Alizadeh who is not a local. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>
