• Shahin Dindar was arrested in Falah local park by plainclothes forces and then handed over to the security police, from there he was first transferred to the Greater Tehran prison and then to an IRGC intelligence unit.
• He endured one week in solitary confinement and two weeks in a collective suite, during which he was interrogated for more than 10 sessions. He was then returned to the Greater Tehran prison. Due to the absence of concrete evidence, he is in limbo. Accusations held against him: - Assembly and collusion - Disruption of public order
