Saman Nasim
He is a resident of Marivan and a Kurdish political activist. He is charged with being a member of PJAK group. Despite his being under legal age at the time of his arrest, his death sentence was approved by the Supreme Court

Later, he described, in a letter, the severe torture that he had endured in this detention center. July 16th is the date that was mentioned in his letter to the “write for justice” campaign. The Kurdistan Human Rights Network, also, reported that the legal doctor of Sardasht, examining the weapons discovered at the location of the conflict has rejected the claim of the murder of an IRGC agent at the hands of Nasim Saman, but from another front, the legal doctor of Salmas, regarding “maturity at the time of committing the charge”, has declared him an adult at the time of the arrest </coverage-outsourcing>
