Ahmad Hatampour
Ahmad Hatampour is a citizen living in Behbahan. He was arrested at the same time as the nationwide demonstrations in November 2019 and was sentenced to long-term imprisonment.
Millions of demonstrators protests in several cities of Iran, after the petrol price rise. Though, the early hours of the protests were aimed at the petrol price rise, soon after the protests turned against the government. From the earliest moments firing on protesters began in many places and security forces killed or injured hundreds. November's nationwide protests consider as the largest uprising against the government till now by many people, and the Islamic Republic's reaction admitted as the largest crackdown on non-partisan protesters <symbol-timeline></symbol-timeline>

In the rest of the report, Afshin Anhari has been sentenced to five years by this court for the charge of theft of government property (bank surveillance camera) and to one year in prison and 74 lashes for the charge of disturbing public order. Also, while introducing Sajjad Raved as "the main culprit of the protests", the court sentenced him to one year in prison for each of the charges of disobeying the orders of the officers and disturbing the public order, and for the second charge, a sentence of 74 lashes was also issued. According to HRANA's report, Amin Jafari was also sentenced to two years in prison and to pay 23% of the full human ransom in a specified period (one year) in favor of the plaintiff, due to the civil aspect of the charge of intentional assault. He has been sentenced to one year and 74 lashes for the charge of disturbing public order and to one year in prison for the charge of disobeying the orders of the officers. According to Article 134, the enforceable sentence of the first six defendants is 10 years, Afshin Anhari five years, Amin Jafari paying the ransom and two years in prison, and Sajad Raved's sentence is one year in prison and 74 lashes.
