A source told HRANA about the reason for investigating the case of all these detainees in Arak that earlier, the investigator with the username "Aureliano" had debated with Mr. Fazli Zare through the Telegram channel Criticizing Superstition and Religion and filed a case. Based on another report from HRANA, except for Mr. Yousef Mehrad, Sadrollah Fazli Zare, and Farhad Shireh Sakoumaleh, the other defendants in this case were released on bail. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>

According to the court order published in HRANA, Farhad Shireh Sakoumaleh was sentenced to five years in prison for the charge of sacrilege, and for the charge of falsifying computer data, he was sentenced to five years in prison and fined 250 million Rials. By applying Article 134 of the Civil Code, five years of imprisonment and a fine of 250 million Rials will be applicable. Also, Akram Safaei Tavana was sentenced to two years in prison and fined 100 million Rials for the charge related to "publishing obscene images" and Samira Rezapour, Kobra Imani, Ali Mohammad Falah Rashkola were sentenced to five years in prison for the charge of sacrilege.
