Hamzeh Darvishi is from Talesh. He was sentenced to prison for a long time on the charge of membership in ISIS.

He has said that fundamentalists forces deceived and drew him to Turkey and later transferred him to Syria. He was in an ISIS prison for some time and then escaped to Iran and surrendered himself to the security forces. <symbol-timeline></symbol-timeline>

He was incarcerated for two months in solitary cells of ward 209 of Evin prison, and then released on bail and started the Belderchin Khazar orphanage, and finally, in 2016, he was arrested once more and sentenced to prison.
