He said that "after the complaints and lawsuits remained fruitless, she turned to online activities." Also, according to Ms. Yazdani, they were told during the interrogation sessions that "no CCTV footage was recorded at the time of Mohammad Javad's death, and this claim was not accepted by the family; Because they believed that it is not possible for a camera not to work in the center of Sari city and in a busy place such as Enghelab Street." According to her lawyer, this mother told Shoja Zoghi, the judge of the Revolutionary Court: > I didn't know what politics was until today. Until they brought my son's body. I took a piece of paper in my hand and went to get justice, and they passed me from this room to that room, and in the end, nothing happened. Meysam Mousavi said about the legal problems of Mahsa Yazdani's case: > If a judge wants to consider a severe punishment for someone, he must specify the reasons and basis for it. That is not so in Ms. Yazdani's case. On the other hand, for a defendant who does not have the slightest criminal history, is grieving, and is the mother of two children, one of whom is three years old, the sentence reduction must be considered; This means that these factors should lead to a reduction in the sentence, not a severe punishment. If a harsher punishment is issued, the reasons and basis for it should be mentioned, for what reason did the judge give such an accused maximum punishment?" In another part of his interview, this lawyer said: One of the sentences of Ms. Yazdani is to endure five years in prison for sacrilege. This is despite the fact that the Revolutionary Court basically does not have the jurisdiction to deal with such an accusation and this issue should be investigated in the criminal court. Mr. Mousavi added that the judge of the Revolutionary Court sent the case back to the Prosecutor's Office to separate and examine the accusations based on the jurisdiction of the Revolutionary and Criminal Court-2, and after the separation, it was expected that this accusation would be dealt with in the Criminal Court-2. He went on to say: > Of course, she was acquitted of the other accusations, such as "blasphemy" which means "insulting the holy things and the Imams", in the 111th branch of the Criminal Court-2 of Sari, and maybe if this charge was also tried in the competent court of the Criminal Court-2, we would not have faced such a heavy punishment for a mother. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>
