Ali Safi
He is an Afghanistani national studying at Darul Uloom Makki in Zahedan at the time of his arrest. He was arrested during the nationwide uprising in 2022 and the protests at the Friday prayers in Zahedan and was transferred to Al-Ghadir immigrant camp. The arrests are part of the state's effort to pressure Sunni clergy in Sistan & Baluchistan.
