Protests assumed in some parts of Iran after the Ukrainian airplane in Tehran shut down. The Iranian government did not accept responsibility for the plane until a few days after it crashed. But it was forced to accept it with the intervention of foreign countries. After the clarification of IRGC's role in the Ukrainian plane crash, protesters gathered in the streets and chanted slogans against the IRGC and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic. <symbol-timeline></symbol-timeline>
