- <coverage-outsourcing id='55243'> <reference source='https://x.com/SinaYousefilaw/status/1752828769218245098?s=20'> HRANA wrote that Branch 29 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court [headed by Judge Mazloum] has sentenced Nagin Chaparian to 11 months in prison for the charges of "propaganda against the system, encouraging corruption and prostitution, and injuring public modesty." It is not clear to Atlas whether the accusation of "encouraging corruption" refers to Article 638 of the Criminal Code or 639, that's why this accusation is not recorded in the statistics section. A day after the publication of this report, Sina Yousefi, a lawyer and former member of the East Azerbaijan Bar Association, wrote on his Twitter account that Ms. Chaparian has been summoned to the 5th branch of sentence enforcement to serve the sentence of six months in prison. Atlas interpreted Mr. Yousefi's tweet as saying that the enforceable sentence of this citizen is six months and the total is 11 months. Mr. Yousefi mentioned in this tweet that her lawyer, Amir Hossein Kouhkan, was in detention and did not have the opportunity to defend his client. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>
