Jamaloddin Mohammadi
Jamal Mohammadi is a Kurdish citizen and a resident of Haftvan Village near Salmas Village. He was initially charged with "Membership in the PJAK group" and sentenced to execution but this sentence was reduced to imprisonment in exile

According to his writings, the judges of the appeals court observed and confirmed the effects of torture, but according to the Atlas, not only the torturers were not prosecuted, but the death sentence of the defendants has also been confirmed. The letter also states that they have never seen the Intelligent ministry’s claimed witnesses in the court, have not yet seen the remote control device that is recorded in the file, and, contrary to the Intelligent ministry’s claims, they never searched their home for anything to be found. On the basis of this letter, the date of the bomb blast was 19 July, 2008 while he and Jamaloddin Mohammadi were arrested 44 days earlier. The two were finally sentenced to death on charges of "bombing" and "membership in PJAK" at Khoy Revolutionary Court Branch 1, headed by Judge Norouzi, a verdict endorsed by the West Azerbaijan Supreme Court and violated in the Supreme Court </coverage-outsourcing>
