Judge Saeedi condemned, Afshin Hosseinpanahi to eight and a half years, Zobeir Hosseinpanahi to six years and Ahmad Hosseinpanahi to five years incarceration. This, when after the end of the hearing, Ahmad and Zobeir Hosseinpanahi were told, orally, that they had been cleared of the charges against them. Until the writing of this report, there is no information on whether or not Article 134 has been applied. On this same day, Ramin Hosseinpanahi’s family has been told not to enquire about him, because he won’t be transferred anywhere and will be executed right there.
