  • <coverage-outsourcing id='19570'> According to IPA, the second court hearing for Ahmad, Zobeir and Afshin Hosseinpanahi who were collectively arrested because of their family relationship with Ramin Hosseinpanahi, was held in one of the branches of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj, headed by judge Saeedi, on the charges of “propagating against he state through participation in the organization of Nowruz ceremony” and “collaboration with Kurdish parties”. Judge Saeedi condemned, Afshin Hosseinpanahi to eight and a half years, Zobeir Hosseinpanahi to six years and Ahmad Hosseinpanahi to five years incarceration. This, when after the end of the hearing, Ahmad and Zobeir Hosseinpanahi were told, orally, that they had been cleared of the charges against them. Until the writing of this report, there is no information on whether or not Article 134 has been applied. On this same day, Ramin Hosseinpanahi’s family has been told not to enquire about him, because he won’t be transferred anywhere and will be executed right there.
