Mohammad Mohajer, Ali Reza Tavakoli and Mohammad Mehdi Zamanzadeh, were tried at branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran.Judge Salavati condemned to five years, five years and two years prison term, respectively, to a total of 12 years incarceration, on charges such as “Assembly and collusion for action against the security of the state, blasphemy, insulting the leader and the founder of the Revolution”, by publishing content in Telegram channels. Although, there is still no news of whether or not article 134 has been applied to the verdict, but, considering the manner in which the verdict was issued, it seems likely that this article was applied and the five years of the sentence will be implemented

HRANA, quoting an informed source, wrote that the Intelligence Ministry interrogators had tried to present the three individuals, who are each other’s friends, as one group, and tried to identify and insist on charging them for being an “anti-revolutionary” group. According to this report, Judge Salavati, rejected, as lawyers, Nemat Ahmadi, Amir Raisian, and Hossein Tajrad, but accepted as attorneys, Mojgan Farahani and Maryam Abolfazli. In his response to the lawyers request for a change of the date of the hearing, the judge responded, “anti-revolutionaries should be executed”.
