Hesam Rigi

Hesam Rigi (Changiz) is a resident of Chaharrah Rasouli area of Zahedan. Hesam was 17 years old when he was arrested. He was arrested at the same time as protests in different areas of Sistan-Baluchistan province in response to Chabahar police chief's rape of a 15-year-old Buloch girl and nationwide protests in response to Mehsa Amini's murder.
