Taher Naghavi
<p>Taher Naghavi is a lawyer and CEO of the Azerbaijani Literary Association of Alborz Province. He is also the editor-in-chief of Sahand and Royan weeklies and the CEO of the cultural institute "Rahpooyan Andisheh Ostad Shahryar". Taher Naghavi was arrested at the same time as a number of civil activists in different cities of Azerbaijan.</p>
