This is while earlier this branch had not confirmed the extent of the accusation of corruption in the land. This lawyer continued: > The strangest thing is that the trial court considered a supplementary sentence for the death penalty and sentenced Toumaj Salehi to a 2-year ban on leaving the country, 2 bans on artistic activities and participation in behavior and skill management classes. This court has also considered the suspended sentence of Toumaj Salehi to be enforceable. Toumaj Salehi's lawyer also stated about his other accusations: > Branch 1 of Isfahan Revolutionary Court considered the charges of disturbing public order, disseminating lies and inciting chaos through cyberspace to be within the jurisdiction of Criminal Court 2 and did not issue a verdict for these charges. This court has also issued an order of non-pursuit for accusations of connection with hostile countries and insulting the leader. The reason for this is the acquittal of these charges in the previous verdict of this court." > Stating that "we will certainly protest against the sentence issued for Toumaj Salehi , his attorney said: > The fact is that the sentence of the lower court has clear conflicts with the law. The contradiction with the ruling of the Supreme Court is the most important and at the same time the strangest part of this ruling. The trial court interpreted the verdict of the Supreme Court as advisory, while the Supreme Court, as an appeals authority, examined the case of Toumaj Salehi and ruled the trial court to fix the flaws in the case and emphasized that due to the consideration of 2 punishments for the same crime, the accusations of Toumaj Salehi should be reduced from 6 to 3. The Supreme Court had also emphasized that the case of Toumaj Salehi would be subject to amnesty, but not only these issues were not considered, but new charges were added to the case of Toumaj Salehi and he was sentenced to maximum punishment. Raeesian said about the news published about "Tomaj Salehi's pardon" and "reductions in his sentence : > All these news are false. The first branch of Isfahan Revolutionary Court has issued a death sentence for Toumaj Salehi. Of course, this court has stated in its ruling that it requests "a degree of relief" from the Amnesty Commission considering the "youth" of the accused. This is while the trial court had the legal authority to issue a sentence other than the death penalty for Toumaj Salehi, but it did not do so and only stated that it requested a degree of relief from the Pardon Commission. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>

Mostafa Nili, the other lawyer of Toumaj Salehi, said about the other objections of the Supreme Court to the issued verdict: > The Supreme Court of the country also stated that two criminal titles have been considered for the same act. As an example, Toumaj Salehi has been condemned both for disseminating lies in cyberspace and for disseminating lies in real life! The Supreme Court has emphasized that at worst, we will be faced with three criminal titles, and assuming a conviction for all three of these criminal titles, the average maximum and minimum sentence should be issued, which will be about 3 and a half years of imprisonment.
