Mojtaba Ghenaati Khollari

Mojtaba Ghenaati Khalari was a 28-year-old man from Shiraz and a chemistry student. He was arrested at the same time as the 2022 uprising for writing slogans and participating in street protests. A few days after the arrest, the security agents contacted his family to identify his dead body.

The national uprising of 2022 centered around the “woman, life, freedom” slogan was triggered in response to the murder of Mahsa (Zhina) Amini.
