There were many contradictions and unfair trial procedures and legal violations as well. The defendants were initially accused of membership in Jeish Ul-Adl, a charge that later changed to "worse than Jeish Ul-Adl" and was later dropped completely. One IPA source said the Intelligence Ministry and IRGC Intelligence were at odds in this case. Four of those arrested, named Yousef, Zobeir, Akbar, and Naeim Bahramzehi were released without bail. There was no information on the other 12 until that point, namely Abdolsattar Bahramzehi, Amer Bahramzehi, Abubakr Mollazehi, Omid Bahramzehi, Edris Balidei, Amin Bahramzehi, Bashir Balidei, Davoud Bahramzehi, Mosayeb Vatankhah, Amin Raisi, and Najib Raisi. About six months later, the 12 were transferred from the Intelligence Ministry lockup to Zahedan Central Prison. A few days later, Omid and Amin Bahramzehi were exonerated and released without bail. For a long time after that, there was no news on the rest. They were severely tortured and kept in solitary, and their families were threatened constantly. They were also denied access to an attorney or communication with the outside world. They were under arrest in Zahedan prison for four years without indictment and were eventually released on bail. The judiciary never explained why these people who were deemed innocent and released by the judiciary, agreed to confess on camera and incriminate themselves and their families. </reference> </coverage-outsourcing>

It has been a month that there is no news of him. He writes, in this letter, that his brother, had not only no role in the “terrorist acts of Rais Abad headquarters and other terrorist events”, he even helped the injured in his capacity as a member of the Red Crescent. He asks, how can your conscience allow you to sacrifice the prisoners, who average around 22 years old, in order to “cover for the security weaknesses of seven years ago?” </coverage-outsourcing>

However, since the arrest of these individuals “menaces” have not been, meaningfully, reduced. He also said, “they had committed this murder for the sake of 400 thousand Tomans”,but Tahereh Gahramzehi, Abubakr Mollazehi’s wife, in a letter she sent to international movements for justice, wrote that their family is in a good financial position and the claim that they committed this murder for money,“makes no sense”. In any case, the arrested in this case were initially accused of membership in Jaish Al Adl but later they were charged with membership in “worse than Jaish Al Adl” and finally, that charge was erased. Also, the prisoners were held responsible for acts previously claimed by Jaish Al Adl </coverage-outsourcing>
