Hamid Reza Kouhkan

Hamid Reza Kouhkan is a citizen of Zahedan. He is the husband of A. Narouyi and the father of Benyamin, Idris, and Elias Kouhken, who were arrested in Zahedan after the Women, Life, Freedom uprising. After the arrest of his children, Mr. Kouhkan was arrested along with his wife and subjected to severe torture. He had been arrested before.
