• # Injured during Hadis' ceremony Sepehr A'zami was seriously injured by a direct shot from the criminal Islamic Regime's forces shotguns during the 40th ceremony of <symbol uri='b159-hadis-najafi'>Hadis Najafi</symbol>. The shot hit him in the left chest area, near his heart.
• After Sepehr's death, his family was threatened by the authorities not to spread the news of his death to the media. They were warned that if they did so, the authorities would prevent the funeral ceremony from taking place.
